Ex-NSA employee pleads guilty to conflict of interest charge

A former NSA employee, accused of awarding more than $770,000 in contracts to a company run by his wife for work on a computer security exercise he directed, pleaded guilty Thursday to a conflict of interest charge, the U.S. Attorney’s office announced.
