I used Macintosh, to make my daughters apple sauce. They’re my favorite kind to eat, so I figured they’d be good for applesauce. Boy, was I wrong, lol!

So what kind should I use?
Ya know, I thought about Red Delicious too, but decided on the other ones.

One Response to “What are the best kind of apples to use for baby food?”

  • km&g says:

I’ve heard anything but red delicious are fine for applesauce.
I’ve found that it was easier just to buy a big jar of unsweetened applesauce and use that instead.
