My Dad and brother are going crazy trying to get rid of it by looking into the Microsoft website but there wasn’t any luck. It keeps poping up and making going on the internet difficult. Any one know how to get rid of this thing?
My dad found a way to gettin rid of it. I tried doing it your ways but none of them worked. =\ Thanks for the help anyway.

I have norton online security which doesn’t pick it up. the constant ads to buy this rogue software are driving me crazy and I can’t remove it. It changed my desktop back ground to (your system is infected). The adds keep popping up wanting me to buy this spyware product. Please HELP!

I got a bunch of spyware. I want a free program that removes it entirely, not a program that just scans my computer. my computer’s running really slow and I’m tired of it. i play wow and I lag out all the time. my pc used to be great. i’d never lag on anything.
My system alert keep flashing active spy ware and when I open Internet explorer it will not let me open any pages but websites for spy ware it even changed me home page to a spy ware page. If I scan my computer with one from IE it have 1000’s on my computer. but If I use Mozilla foxfire when I scan it has no spy ware. I only use IE to play games on MSN and I use foxfire for everything else. can some one tell me why IE is doing that and do I really have spy ware on my computer and how do I get IE to let me change websites without being for spy ware and stop the system alert

I can only start my computer in safe mode because every time I start in regular mode I get the blue screen of death. I would rather not wipe my computer so if someone has a solution please share it. Thanks!
