I have "Antispyware Soft" infected on my laptop & can’t get rid of it.
It won’t let me access the Internet so can’t download a programme to do it, also I can’t open any programmes to remove it.
When I have googled "remove Antispyware Soft" I get more websites asking for payment to remove it.

I’ve been trying to delete Spyware Doctor for a week already and it’s very annoying that I can’t delete it. So I’ve tried to unistall it and then an open with box shows but when I click on the other programs and press ok it said. BTUpdate: can’t access is denied. It also said make sure disk is not full write protected or not in use but im not using it. I think I have disk space full tho. Please help me and thank you
When doing spyware removal on someone’s system, you should do something before starting the removal process. This stepshould be your first step. What is this step and why should you do it?
I tried uninstalling it, but nothing happened. My girl downloaded it somehow. It is some kind of malware that keeps popping up, prompting you to purchase it, but it’s a scam. It is located in the lower right toolbar of my PC. I tried a search, but it is blocked. It’s screwing up Internet Explorer. Help please.
